I have never posted an online review before this one but given the incredible experience I had at Brian's, I am happy to take the "plunge." This was beyond a doubt one of my best vehicle purchasing experiences thanks to Dillan and his team. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as advertised on the Web (even better) and the pricing was very fair. There was absolutely no "game playing" and no sales pressure. Dillan was extremely helpful in assisting with a test drive, car inspection, paperwork, and shipping. He went above and beyond anything I ever experienced at any dealership. People out there might be skeptical of purchasing from a pre-owned dealership, I know I was. But my experience at Brian's made me a true believer. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Brian's. This dealership is a five-star and I definitely recommend it.

Bought a BMW. Older, but in great condition. First week, had a couple issues. Was able to get it fixed right away at no cost and at my convenience. Excellent experience so far. Dillan and crew are top notch. Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin? Brian, all I can say is I have never met a gentlemen nearly as dedicated as this man. I was in the dealership early today to buy a car and my daughters call me. She said, “Ma, I’m stranded in Mississippi, my car died”. I said, “Oh, you are just kidding me right now”. Brian heard the strain in my voice and said, “What is it”? I explained to him it was my daughter and her situation. No hesitation, he put his hand out and said “hand me the phone”. I never touched the phone again this day. He got on the phone with AAA, a mechanic, and new parts all within 30 minutes. He found an auto zone worker, who stayed after hours to fix her alternator and place a new battery in her car. Not only did the auto zone employee complete this task after his day of work within an hour and a half, Brian was also able to get us a solid discount on prices for the parts and the needed labor. I thanked Brian, but he told me if it was his daughter he’d do the same thing. My daughter was on the road just as the sun had started to set, and is happily making her way back to Auburn in a basically brand new car. (Not to mention, mama left with a new car today as well…Thank you Brian!) We love you, Brian’s Auto Center.

Sold our car to Brian’s and they were absolutely wonderful to us, such a pleasure to deal with. The easiest car deal I have ever experienced. Thank you to the entire staff, especially Dillon and Uncle Gary!

Bought a 1980 CJ5 sight unseen (I do not live in NJ) based solely on existing reviews and was not disappointed. Working with Dillan was about as easy as it could possibly be. He made sure everything was taken care of and the rest of the team at Brian's was just as helpful. Fantastic communication. I reached out about the Jeep on a Thursday and just over a week later it was in my garage. Excellent service. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
