Just purchased a truck for my 20-year-old son who attends the University of Alabama. As a mom, it was important to me that he had a reliable vehicle to get him safely back to school—while still staying within my budget. Dillan was incredibly patient throughout the process and reassured me that this was a truck he’d trust a family member to drive. I truly can’t say enough good things about this dealership!

I’ve been using Brian’s auto and specifically Dillan for years. No need to go anywhere else. You tell him what you want and he goes and finds it. And the Mokes are a great toy, highly recommend them. The service is second to none as well. Can’t say enough great things about everyone at Brian’s, truly a family vibe there. Thank you guys!

I walked on the lot on a whim. Having been looking for a specific car for a few months, I spotted my car from across the highway. The dealership is a feast for the eyes so many cool cars, mopeds, and mini trucks my mind was blown it’s like a fever in the best way. As a woman walking into the dealership there is always the stereotype of getting ripped off. After some healthy negotiations and less than 24 hours later I was ripping on the highway with the top down living my best life. So happy to work with Dillian, The Brians, Gary and the crew. This is the beginning of a great relationship and cannot recommend enough!

Hands down the best service ever received at a dealership. Honest and upfront pricing and a great selection of vehicles. They went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was complete and to our satisfaction. I don't know of any other place that would have done what they did. All our future vehicles will be purchased here. I'd give more stars if I could!

Gary… The number one thing in sales is understand what the customers wants and needs are.First red flag, I would like to point out that they are trying to sell a 2008 Maserati GranTurismo base as a MC Sport Line… and don’t know if it’s a true sport line. Sport lines were made in 2009 and at the very end of 2008 if the customer added it on etc. etc..Second red flag, Audubon Automotive is a mechanic shop less than five. They have been working on my 2015 CLS63S AMG for years now. And I trust them to do diagnostics to any car prior to my purchase.I asked if I would be able to have them check the car over just to see what the car may or may not need. It’s a $25,000 2008 vehicle. I know it’s going to need something. To which Gary replied no we have a few mechanic shops that we work with.That is 100% a conflict of interest if you work with someone. Gary reply, No it’s not! I don’t think he understands what a conflict of interest is.Simply put, I was looking to leave $1000 deposit today have the car checked out on Monday and then finish paying the car off in cash.Gary, you just learned a valuable lesson on how to lose a sale in less than three minutes on a phone call. You should do better.I’m giving them a four star rating because it would be unfair to allow one person to diminish an entire business reputation.Gary sales is not the business for you.
