Thank You for looking at our 2004 Chevrolet SSR. It is a one of a kind, no expense spared truck. This truck is a two owner vehicle that has been cared for and babied since new. There is over $100k spent on the truck with all receipts.
The truck was purchased new from Courtesy Chevrolet. We have all paperwork from the sale of the truck including the original window sticker of $46,090. At the time of purchase these trucks were bringing a premium, the cost was $55,000. The factory options are ISB package, wood cargo trim, running boards, tow hitch, cargo netting and floor mats. I have all dealer paperwork, factory books, window sticker, keys, and all service and maintenance records.
Lets start with the exterior of the truck. An original Ultra Violet exterior, no accidents ever. The custom paint was done by Bill Carter at a cost of $8500. This includes the Candy orange sides with graphics, custom painted tonneau cover, hood, side painted grills, the hood has been louvered. The quality of Mr. Carters paint is one of the best in the world.
Custom front and rear nerf bars. Boyd Codington Custom Wheels in 20 inch with new tires. The truck stands out and shines like no other SSR.
The truck was sent to Texas to Racing Solutions where it got a heart transplant. The stock 5.3 litre motor was removed and we were given $1500 credit. They performed Z500 SSR upgrade this consists of a ZO6 create motor (LS6 5.7 litre) bottom end. Lunati 4.000 Stroke Crankshaft - Manley 6.125 Rods, Lunati 3.902 Bore pistons, Rings 1.5 3MM, Clevitte main and rod bearings, ported and polished Cylinder heads, Isky Valve springs, REV valves, RSI custom Camshaft and upgraded injectors. We added the Magnuson Pro Charger that was polished, costing $8000.
Racing Solutions did the SSR transmission upgrade, front brake upgrade, and their suspension package (re valved bilstien shocks and 1.5 inch shorter springs). The bill from Racing Solutions without the Pro Charger was $22,000. The truck had close to 600 HP when it was dyno'ed, it had so much power that it would not hook up so it was de-tuned to 500.
There is a custom stainless 3 inch exhaust that has great sound and rumbles when the ignition is started also stainless headers, high flow cat.
A custom Torque converter installed adding much better shifts over the stock.Upgraded dual fans, Edlebrock high flow water pump and thermostat (185 degree), and upgraded radiator. The truck runs excellent with no problems.
The interior of the truck is pretty well stock with the exception of some hand painted pin stripes and a moon gas pedal. It is like new on the inside with no marks to any of the interior appointments and a non smoker car, it has all factory options. It has always been adult driven
